Function NtFlushWriteBuffer does nothing...
It test IRQ Level, and call HAL export named
KeFlushWriteBuffer.
KeFlushWriteBuffer as first asm code has
ret, so it returns immediatelly.
Next NtFlushWriteBuffer clear eax (set
result of call to STATUS_SUCCESS) and returns to
User-Mode.
